Oceanfront and on the Boardwalk! Enjoy an Ocean City escape at this gorgeous coastal themed Beach House.
- Each unit has its own floor or separate house and every unit has been completely renovated. Bright and airy, nice finishes and lots of space. This is your home away from home.
- Watch the sunrise and dolphins pass by while listening to the waves hit the surf as you enjoy coffee and a book from either your private ocean front deck or the ocean front boardwalk deck. The full kitchen comes well-equipped for at-home meals with modern appliances, including a dishwasher and Keurig for your morning coffee. Snuggle up in front of the flatscreen TV while watching your favorite show while enjoying air conditioning throughout to keep you nice and comfortable during your stay. Modern essentials include WiFi, central AC, and private washer/dryer (except the Beach Cottage). Linens, beach chairs, umbrellas and family games are provided. Parking is also provided for each unit.
- We also rent the entire house to wedding parties or family reunions. We have 13 Bedrooms and 7 bathrooms in the house which is great for large groups. We can accommodate up to 34 guests.
- We have three Four (4) Bedroom, Two (2) Bath units and one One (1) Bedroom, One (1) Bath unit available for rent. Rates range from $150 night to $845 night depending on the unit and the dates of stay.

Hello! We reside in the Finger Lakes region of NY where we work full time. We have five beautiful children and three grandchildren. We love to spend time with our family at the beach, boating, and skiing. We especially like to cook and have family meals together.
We love the water and the beach. This is our future retirement home that we are sharing with families to enjoy family time together as we do.
