- OCEAN FRONT, 4 Bedroom/ 2 Bathroom Beach House, if you want a week at the beach that you will never forget!
- Enjoy the glorious vistas of the ocean and beach from the deck in front of your unit of the beach house.
- This unit is on the lower level of the house, below the boardwalk, has 4 bedrooms and 1.75 bathrooms, kitchen, dining room, living room and Ocean Front deck. It has 3 televisions, free wi-fi/internet, and a fully stocked kitchen. There are 2 full beds in the front bedroom, a queen bed in the second bedroom and a king bed in the master bedroom & two twins in the 4th bedroom. There is also a blow up mattress in the front bedroom. All linens and towels are included.
- Kitchen has microwave, stove, dishwasher, full size fridge, Keurig coffee maker, toaster, and all dishes/utensils. There is air conditioning throughout unit.
- Since the unit is ocean front, you are steps away from the beach. We have 4 beach chairs for your use to bring down to the beach.
- The house is located right on the boardwalk. You can enjoy a stroll to all the restaurants, shops, rides and entertainment and head back to your beach house.
- This beach house is custom decorated with a beach décor. There is a deck in front of the house on the boardwalk that has very comfortable balcony furniture. Spend mornings out on the deck having your coffee and enjoying the sun as you watch the ocean and the beach.
- Your rental stay comes with 2 designated parking space.
- Please note: No pets are allowed, guests must be 25 or older to rent, we are family friendly and this is a non-smoking building.
- This unit sleeps 10.
- Cleaning Fee: $225 per stay
- Lodging Taxes: 12%

I can not be more happy with this property or Sean the on site manager. We were in the Cove, which is the bottom floor of this property, there are 3 floors available. Check in and Check Out progress absolutely smooth process. Our family of 10 were quite comfortable with the space and the location. The Keurig was heaven sent on the first morning with the pods to get us going. Thank you! The property sits on the boardwalk, great for people watching and college aged kids were able to roam freely with tons to entertain them. The property is between 12th and 13th street… getting to the parking area through an alley. I can go on and on about the location… just prefect for us.
Yes, in the Cove on the bottom floor (basement level), the ceilings are low. However, our 6 ft 5 inch son was able to walk through the house just fine… the tip of his hair did touch the ceiling. If you are tall be aware the ceilings are low. For the rest of us… we were just fine.
The beds were comfortable, the Cove had 1 king, 2 twins and 3 full size beds plus an air mattress and we made it all work for 10 adults. Can’t speak more highly on this rental. 100% wanting to come back to it next year. – Deb D.
I have stayed at many places in OC, and this was one of the best for a larger group. We had a crab feast outside on the patio one night, and people kept stopping to watch and ask about the place because we were having such a great time!
Pros:
– 4 bedrooms with ample space and linens included.
– location!
– Sean was a great property manager!
– Room for dining inside and outside.
– Two tandem parking spaces
Cons:
– Ceiling is fairly low, so taller people may have issues. I am 6 ft. tall and I was fine.
– Smart TV can be hooked up to your accounts, but there was no TV programming provided otherwise.
– Bathrooms are a bit tight, but they worked just fine! – Cameron T.
